    At Big Barn Home Center, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional shopping experience, from selecting your perfect furniture to its safe and timely delivery. In this blog post, we will provide an overview of our delivery services and options, ensuring that you have all the information you need to make the best choice for your furniture's arrival.

    Delivery Options:

    1. Basic Pick Up (Free) - This option is ideal for those who prefer to collect their furniture from our warehouse. Your items will be provided in their original carton, unopened and uninspected. Remember to bring furniture blankets and ratchet straps for safe transportation.

    2. Deluxe Pick Up - A step above the Basic Pick Up, the Deluxe option includes setting up and inspecting your furniture before pick-up. This ensures that your items are in perfect condition when you collect them.

    3. Basic Threshold Delivery - If you'd like your furniture delivered but don't require it to be brought inside your home, the Basic Threshold Delivery option is for you. Our team will deliver your items to a lawn or parking space outside your residence.

    4. Deluxe White Glove - For a truly hassle-free experience, choose the Deluxe White Glove option. This premium service includes delivery and setup in the room of your choosing, ensuring that your new furniture is perfectly placed and ready to enjoy.

    Delivery Policies and Tips:

    • Changing delivery day or time is easy and free of charge. Contact our customer support at (802) 877-2839 for assistance.

    • All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

    • If you need to store your furniture at Big Barn for more than 30 days, please let us know, and we'll ensure it's stored properly. We do not charge storage fees.

    • Additional delivery fees may be assessed for re-deliveries due to inaccessible premises or other issues.

    • Our delivery times are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on weekends.

    • We provide a two-hour delivery window and send an automated reminder call one hour before your scheduled delivery time.

    • If your purchase involves stairs, measure the space beforehand to avoid the hassle of re-selection and re-delivery. We highly recommend the Deluxe White Glove option for heavier furniture.

    • For winter weather, ensure your driveway is plowed and walkway shoveled, or you may be charged for re-delivery.

    • Please don't refuse delivery due to minor damage or defects. Big Barn is committed to customer satisfaction and has one of the best in-home service teams in the industry.

    Picking Up Your Furniture:

    • Our warehouse is located upstairs at the Big Barn, with multiple access points for loading and unloading.

    • Call ahead to save time and receive information on where to park.

    • We'll gladly help you load your furniture but take no responsibility for damage during transportation.

    • Some picked-up items may require assembly.

    • Contact our customer service at (802) 877-2839 for any issues related to damage, missing parts, assembly, or warranty work.
